The author of the best-selling The Power of Now and A New Earth, Eckhart Tolle has dedicated much of his life to teaching others how to live in the present moment. His message has reached millions who are looking to transform their lives and evolve to a higher consciousness. Born in Germany in 1948, Eckhart was educated at the Universities of London and Cambridge. Eckhart says he suffered from bouts of depression and suicidal thoughts until he experienced a profound inner transformation at age 29.
