Some common questions: What are the name of the songs? First one is Noize by Fingerbangerz. Second one is Jabba Ngo by Fingerbangerz. Why are there 10 Jabbawockeez, I thought there were only 6 members? On ABDC, there was a limit to how many people could be on the show. Crews had to consist of 5 to 7 people. And Jabbawockeez currently have 10 members. Therefore, the 6 who did the show did it because they could afford to. (And of course, Gary Gee One Kendall was supposed to be the 7th member performing on the show, but sadly he passed away around the time of the audition). The other 4 that were not on the show had other obligations that prevented them from being involved with the show, BUT they are still all members of the Jabbawockeez crew. Jabbawockeez perform on Pepsi Smash 9 of the 10 current members perform here. I've been a fan of them since 2003 and I was actually there when they performed this.. The masks are inspired from Media Sirkus AKA Demons of the Mind, an old school popping/strutting crew who has been dancing since the 70's. Also, there are more than just 7 members in the Jabbawockeez. I think some of them just cant perform every time because of other responsibilities that they have. Jobs, family, other dance teams, ect.

Jabbawockeez Performs Live at Teen's Choice Awards
Jabbawockeez Performs Live with Chris Brown at the annual Teen's Choice Awards. JabbaWockeeZ is an all-male hip hop dance crew, established by Joe Larot, Kevin Brewer, and Phil Tayag from San Diego, California. The group gained fame by appearing on America's Got Talent before winning the MTV hip hop dance reality series, America's Best Dance Crew in 2008. Their name is derived from the dragon in Lewis Carroll's poem Jabberwocky. Their unique signature is the use of white masks to create a faceless troupe so that the attention is on the dance movement. On week 7 of Americas Best Dance Crew Week 7aired on March 20, 2008. Thefinal 3 contestants; Status Quo, Kaba Modern and Jabbawockeez have to illustrate the evolution of hip-hop using the same music. The final three crews have to perform to the songs Funky Town, Its Like That, It Just Begun, Push It, Bye Bye Bye & Get Buck In Here using some classic hip-hop styles, such as breaking, popping, and locking. The saved crew was Status Quo and stirred the hip hop community because they like to see a Jabba Kaba face-off. The 6 Jabbawockeez crews in that event were composed of three Fil-Ams; They are shown above from left to right: Chris Gatdula, Phil Tayag and Rynan Shawn Paguio. Kaba Modern is a street dance group established in 1992 by a group of Kababayans at the University of California in Irvine, originally to perform at their Pilipino Culture Night. Pacific Rim Video / Front Row Features correspondent Celeste Arevalo interviews the Jabbawockeez - SuperCr3w during the "A Unprecedented Night of Dance: A Fundraiser For Steelo" held at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, CA on Tuesday, December 6, 2011. Videography/edit by Peter Gonzaga More About Steelo: Steelo Vazquez has been a major part of the LA dance community for many years. He is a member of Killafornia, Footwork Fanatix, and The Groovaloos and was a lead character on The LXD web series. He regularly gives back to the community through dance at benefits and fundraisers and has enjoyed mentoring youth at weekly Groove Nights hosted by The Groovaloos. In addition to his contributions to the community, he has worked with some of the biggest names in entertainment including Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Rihanna and Gwen Stefani. On June 19th, Steelo suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm and had to undergo emergency surgery. During the operation he suffered a 2nd rupture. By the end of numerous surgeries, Steelo had suffered a shocking four ruptures and lost his ability to walk and speak. Today, Steelo remains in an extensive rehabilitation program where doctors are helping him relearn basic functions. His wife Penelope has constantly been by his side during the slow recovery in ICU. She has remained strong during this ordeal to care for their son Elijah, who just recently celebrated his first birthday.

MTV's Jabbawockeez invade Virginia Wesleyan College
www.metromix.com | MTV's Jabbawockeez invaded the 757 at Virginia Wesleyan College. They recently won the 1st season of MTV's "America's Best Dance Crew" and are now on tour dancing across America. This was their very first appearance on the east cost and the first stop of their tour. The event, presented by Str08 Hip Hop Entertainment and Monsters of Hip Hop, was filled with dance workshops taught by the Jabbawockez and Luam. Afterwards, the now famous dancers took the floor, putting on an outrageous show to a packed house of screaming fans.

ABDC Champions For Charity Jabbawockeez (Standing Ovation + Extended Cypher)
The original MTV broadcast of America's Best Dance Crew: Champions For Charity episode cut out the standing ovation from the judges wearing the Jabbawockeez masks. Also, they cut out a lot of the cypher that was going on until the music gets cut off (OMG by Usher and Wil.i.am). This comes from the Canadian broadcast aired on MuchMusic. Unfortunately it seems that the Canadian broadcast cut out Steve's solo for some reason (from Quest Crew). They also cut Kevin/Phi's piece (Jabbawockeez), and Ben's solo (Super Cr3w). Sorry for the crappy video quality, this was from MuchMusic.com. I do not own this video.
